Contact

Send us the document we missed.

The fastest way this site improves is an owner or a technician telling us where we got something wrong. We do not use a contact form. Write to one of the two addresses below and it lands directly in an inbox a person on our editorial team reads.

What to include so we can act on it

Corrections get handled fastest when we can verify them without writing back to ask. Four things make that possible.

  • The article link Paste the full URL of the page, not just its title. Several of our articles cover the same model across different years.
  • The exact line or figure Quote the sentence or number you are disputing. It saves us guessing which of several claims you mean.
  • Your vehicle year, model and engine For example: 2019 Ford F-150, 5.0L. Problems and costs shift between model years and configurations, so this often resolves the question on its own.
  • The source that contradicts us A recall number, a service bulletin reference, a page from the owner’s manual, or an invoice. We correct against documents, so a document is what moves it fastest.
